Return Policy

United Textile Supply is pleased to take back or replace, at our discretion, items with defects without restocking charges. If the item is not defective we charge at least 15% restocking fee (this depends on the factory, some factories are higher) and the customer is responsible for shipping the product back and paying the shipping charges. We do not take back washed products under any circumstances.

Please note, we do not consider a product defective if there are loose threads that are part of the manufacturing process and can be easily cut off.
